Join Art Gene and Allotment Soup Community Gardener Amy Stretch Parker, for a series of wildflower planting workshops at our Allotment Soup site on Walney Island.

Amy will be demonstrating how to cultivate native species of wildflowers, their habitats and uses and how they contribute to biodiversity.

The plants will be tended to over the coming year, then be taken to the new Earnse Hub at North Walney.

The sessions will run on the following dates and times –

Monday 23rd October 10am – 12pm

Monday 30th October 10am – 12pm

Monday 6th November 10am – 12pm

Monday 13th November 10am – 12pm

All workshops will run at Allotment Soup, The Isle of Walney Community Growing Space, Mill Lane, Walney Island, Barrow if Furness, Cumbria, LA14 3XX
