On 16 September 2023, Art Gene welcomes you to Allotment Soup for a REAL Barrow Exhibition and Open Day. REAL Barrow is a our new three-year programme, supported by Arts Council England.
Our new REAL Barrow artist in residence, Samantha Jones, will share her work and experience, engaging local people in a conversation about art and nature and how we can create change together.
Our free event will feature artworks and activities based around fungi and will be the culmination of Samantha’s six-week residency in Barrow. Look out for other workshops and events featuring Samantha’s work.
